tranquil guided instructions allow

integrate within ones current active life
style. These exercises
will flow naturally into series of mindful
awareness as to identify every moment as
golden experience, a meditation upon
itself.
You will
experiencing the ancient Zen ways in
which priest practiced once at
monasteries using unbreakable conscious
stream through this three-hour
course. These crescendo of exercises amplifies the ancient secrets
into a practical living experience for today's lifestyle .
The palatable mediums introduced will promote
relaxation, health and vitality as the
immune system becomes further strengthened. The
journey to assertive/passive meditation
techniques will explore a single momentous
rhythmic experience. Through seamless
integration, the transitional fluid
breathes, movements, stillness, walking,
standing, sitting, resting, laying along
with a few light horizontal dips and
rolls allowing students self-realized
moments as truly unbreakable. The
combination of these physical exercises
are not demanding as each position
supports the other as effortless
engagement.
All these
variations allow the student to
synchronize experience with their
personal lives and feel ongoing seamless
meditative glow operating endlessly even
after class ends. These soul
integration exercises creates pleasant
surprises as it awakens your spiritual
energies as you carry on your active

Eastern

and meditation.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Anyone willing to explore fresh ways of
seeing themselves.
ATTIRE:
Wear comfortable clothing: Dress layers
with change for temperature as this
program is outdoors with both sun and
shade combination.
BRING: Sun
screen, water and other comforts to make
your stay enjoyable. Also bring a large
blanket for the lawn. (We will likely
retreat from the sun under tree canopy
should weather change)
