She said she could really feel the warm energy almost pulsating...she said she also felt a "pull"...like magnets. I then held my hands over the crown of her head, about 6 inches away...she said she could feel a definite warmth radiating her head. Student "John, I think it's great, and want to work it in with my practice in the future. I was able to get to a state of deeper release and healing than I have in the past. This is still with me tonight--that healing feeling that's in the heart chakra area. I believe this has something to do with Reiki. I could learn the self-healing Reiki positions. When I tried them it was like I didn't even have to try or think about directing the energy--it just happened. I was quite amazed at this as I have always had to focus on it in the past. enjoyed the movement class and I really enjoyed
being with Friends. There's an unspoken/but
perfectly experienced command that came with
that union of awareness - STILL - I have
yet to find the Friends, the like minded/ like
spirited beings to do that kind of work
together. I felt so at Home with
that group, with you, & in the environment
you created. I felt perfect balance &
harmony & ease. I know it is exactly
what I want & need in my life.
There was no breaking free from one another, the
exercise was about united & moving perfectly
together as one. It was so perfect. We are
perfectly still with our hands & forearms to
the elbow touching, similar to the blending
exercise only we are blending Reiki. Our
hands & forearms create a vertical plane
& our backs too are on the same plane, so
that we are not seated in front of one another,
but "John, your Tai
Chi has gone a long way towards helping me
recover. You know my situation and I
have made a big recovery since we first met a
few years ago. I will definitely be
back shortly and hope to attend Reiki 2 in
May. I really do appreciate everything

My spinal stenosis and my shoulder's torn rotator cuff
keep me in continual but different levels of pain
daily. My goal of course is to continue to practice
