 Sessions
are traditionally held in Lake Forest (South Orange County California),
however for medium or large groups, classes can be facilitated
elsewhere through special arrangements. Also, one-to-one personal
training or treatments available where formal class schedules may not
suit you. For most of our events, clients may elect to come for a
one-time session, or may repeat course. Insurance plans do not reimburse
for holistic services, but many clients prefer not to use insurance
options because there is greater privacy, no paperwork, no limitation on
the number or frequency of sessions, and greater emphasis on whole
being.. You may pre-register last minute using all Credit Cards or PALPAL or an advance payment by mailing a check to: John A. Salat, 22386 Woodgrove Rd, Lake Forest, CA 92630. Credit Cards are not acceptable for drop-ins as only for advance payments only. Pricing noted above is for advance registration as add 10% fee for at-the-door payments. Early registration assures preferred seating. Refunds only occur If an event is canceled through our organization as then a full refund will be issued. That means all programs dates are sometimes subject to change with new confirmed dates where credit will be honored. Please allow 18 days for refund to be processed. Any one-on-one personal appointments that are cancelled without 3 hour advance notice without advance payment are subject to $75 cancellation fee. There will be a $25 service charge for returned checks. Where one-on-one class are substituted from the large group classes that fees shall calculated differently than advertise as contact us for details. Because of the commitment to the integrity of the group synergy, we request you be on time for all events as students who arrive late may be denied to participate. We will take plenty of breaks during the day as cell phones shall be left in your car should you need to make calls- do not bring phones inside building. We appreciate your corporation as this will ensure a seamless flow to maintaining quality for everyone's enjoyment. . NOTE: There are no hidden charges for class material however for lost or replaced materials there are. The lost/replacement certificates are $15 each fro email and for all other bulk materials lost/replacements such as booklets may be emailed for the cost is $15.00 (If shipped to address, add additional $25 to above amounts mentioned. |
